Dr. Faloon is a Board Certified Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon who has joined the University Spine Center team coming from the Hospital for Special Surgery where he was a clinical associate at Weill Cornell Medical College.
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Faloon returned to his home state to complete his medial residency and training. Dr. Faloon feels honored to practice in the community where he grew up, and he also volunteers his expertise in underserved nations abroad for children with complex scoliosis deformities.
Dr. Faloon serves as clinical faculty for Seton Hall University, and is an attending spine surgeon as St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. He has lectured nationally on complex spinal disorders at the NASS, SRS, and AAOS.
