We specialize in spine, pain management, vascular, and hand disorders, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

In most cases, a referral is not required. However, some insurance plans may require one. Please check with your insurance provider or call our office to confirm.

Please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • Any imaging studies (MRI, X-rays, CT scans)
  • Previous medical records
  • A list of current medications

We are in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we accept all commercial insurance plans and will work with you to maximize your coverage.

If surgery is recommended, our team will review all options, risks, benefits, and recovery expectations with you to help you make an informed decision.

Spine Care

We treat herniated discs, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, fractures, and other spine-related conditions.

Yes. We prioritize conservative care, including physical therapy, pain management, and minimally invasive procedures whenever possible.

Surgery is typically recommended only when non-surgical treatments are not effective or when there is a serious issue such as nerve compression or spinal instability.

Pain Management

We treat back pain, neck pain, joint pain, nerve pain, headaches, and chronic pain conditions.

Options include injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and medication management.

Yes. Our specialists use advanced, evidence-based techniques to ensure patient safety and effectiveness.

Vascular Care

We treat varicose veins, peripheral artery disease, aneurysms, carotid artery disease, and other vascular disorders.

Symptoms such as leg pain, swelling, discoloration, numbness, or non-healing wounds may indicate a vascular issue.

Yes, many vascular procedures are performed using minimally invasive techniques for quicker recovery and less discomfort.

Hand Care

We treat carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, tendon injuries, arthritis, fractures, and nerve compressions.

Yes. Whenever possible, we recommend non-surgical treatments such as splinting, injections, or therapy before considering surgery.

Recovery time varies depending on the procedure and your overall health. Your provider will discuss an individualized recovery plan during your visit.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

We currently do not offer telehealth appointments.
However, if a special situation arises, we will work with you to create a care plan that meets your needs.
