With 27 years of experience in healthcare administration, I have dedicated my career to leading the operational success and strategic growth of University Spine Center. As Practice Administrator, I oversee all aspects of practice operations, including physician support, financial management, human resources, billing and revenue cycle management, compliance, marketing, and multi-site practice administration. My focus has always been on improving efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
I hold a degree in Radiologic Science, which provides me with a strong clinical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of diagnostic imaging, patient care, and the complexities of musculoskeletal medicine. Combining my clinical background with decades of administrative leadership has enabled me to bridge the gap between patient care and business operations, ensuring the practice consistently delivers exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence.
Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented workflow improvements, optimized revenue cycle performance, led practice expansions, developed high-performing teams, and navigated the ever-changing landscape of healthcare regulations and insurance requirements. My passion lies in creating efficient systems, mentoring staff, and supporting physicians so they can focus on delivering the highest quality patient care.
